It is completely natural and non-invasive form of facelift and facial rejuvenation. It effect positively not only on the appearance, but also the well-being and getting rid of concentrated stress.
Japanese Facial Massage is a derivative of Anma, which is a traditional massage system in Japan and an important part of the ancient science of massage. This is closely connected with the concept of Oriental Medicine in conjunction with four different stages of massage:
- Stage I is to massage the neck and décolletage. Muscle tension of the neck restrict the free flow of blood to the head and face. Face treatments with neck massage improve circulation. You need a considerable flow of blood to provide the right amount of oxygen and nutrients. This is to avoid wrinkles and maintaining healthy cells. Neck massage helps the client to relax and reduces stress, which is the source of premature aging of the face. During the massage we use hot towels and wrapped them around the face. This loosens and relaxes the whole body. This results in absolute relaxation and releases muscle tension.
- Stage II – the eliminations of toxins. In this part of the massage we use drainage techniques combined with acupressure, stimulating the corresponding points on the face. Lymphatic drainage improves the overall appearance of the face. It reduces swelling, and also copes well with shadows and "bags" under the eyes. It makes the blood flow better, supply of oxygen and nutrients to the skin more efficient. Getting rid of toxins have a very good impact on the overall condition of the skin. As a result, after the treatment face appear younger and radiant.
- Stage III focuses on intensively lifting techniques, which are designed to improve the flexibility of the face and smooth skin. We focus on the critical places.
- Stage IV – energizing part. We work on acupressure points on the face to balance the organs. Stimulation of the points assigned to the relevant organs, improves their functioning. Therefore, acupressure can be used to mitigate these problems, as well as a prophylactically to improve overall health, and stimulate vital energy.
